Privacy policy

The short version

This is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising or cross-site tracking, and collects one piece of personal information — your email address, and only if you ask for the free checklist.

What we collect

  • Your email address, only when you submit the checklist form. Nothing else is asked for on this site.
  • Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, request time, pages requested), used for security and operations.
  • Aggregate, cookie-free analytics, only if analytics are enabled for this deployment: page counts and referrers, with no cookies, no advertising identifiers, no cross-site tracking, and no individual profiles.

What we use your email for

To send you the checklist, one confirmation email, and occasional useful notes. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. We do not sell, rent or share your address, and we do not run follow-up sequence tricks.

Booking a call

The "Book a 30-minute call" buttons link out to a third-party scheduling service; no scheduler is embedded on this site. Any information you enter there (such as your name and email to hold the booking) is processed by that provider under its own privacy policy, and we receive only the booking details.

Third parties we rely on

  • Hosting provider — serves the site and keeps standard server logs.
  • Email delivery provider — sends the checklist and any notes to subscribers.
  • Scheduling provider — handles call bookings on its own site, under its own policy.

Retention and your choices

Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email. To have your address and any correspondence deleted entirely, write to hello@benamedfirst.com and it will be done within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated date. Material changes to how email is handled are announced to the list before they take effect.
