The short version

This site describes a consultancy practice. Its content is general information, not advice. Engagements are governed by written proposals, prices are published as bands and quoted exactly before work starts, and nobody — including us — can guarantee specific AI citations.

Use of this site

The content here is provided as general information about AI search visibility, in good faith and as-is. It is not legal, financial or professional advice for your situation, and statistics cited from third-party sources remain those sources' work, credited inline where they appear.

Engagements

Consulting work begins only under a written proposal that defines scope, deliverables, fees and timelines. If anything in a proposal differs from this site's copy, the proposal governs. Site pricing bands are accurate as published but indicative: the exact figure is quoted before any work starts.

No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee specific citations, mentions, rankings or traffic in any AI engine or search engine. Engines change how they select sources without notice, and no one controls their output. What we commit to is defined scope, delivered work, and honest monthly measurement — reported whether or not the numbers moved.

Payment

Fees, invoicing schedules and payment terms are stated in each proposal. Fixed-scope work is quoted before it begins; monthly engagements can be ended per the notice period in the proposal, with no lock-ins beyond it.

Intellectual property

Deliverables produced for you — reports, content, markup — become yours on full payment. The underlying methods, templates and tooling remain ours. This site's own content is ours; quote it with attribution and a link.

Third-party links and sources

This site links to third-party sources for every statistic and to a third-party scheduler for bookings. We are not responsible for the content, availability or policies of external sites.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with an updated date. Engagements in progress stay on the terms they started under unless both sides agree otherwise.
